The Energy Mastery program will equip you with a set of energy tools to become more aware of, and consciously manage the health and resilience of your energy field.
In just four sessions, you’ll gain the knowledge and tools to ground yourself, to balance your chakras, to cleanse your aura and to strengthen your energetic boundaries. Using these energy tools as part of your daily routine is a surefire way to avoid energy leakages and to raise your vibrational frequency.

The Energy Mastery program includes four private coaching sessions (75 minutes each), tailormade to your level of experience. After each session, you’ll receive an audio recording and guidelines for your energy practice.
