What is energetic sovereignty?
Energetic sovereignty means knowing yourself as an independent energetic being and being aware of your energetics as an integral part of your embodied experience. It means being aware enough to make clear choices about the energy flowing in and out of your field and consciously maintaining the integrity of your light body container.
As you become more attuned with your light body, you’ll begin to recognise your energy leaks and dumps, and develop stronger, and more responsive energetic boundaries. This enables you to transmute disempowering energetic patterns, rather than being a victim of external dynamics, and step into your energetic sovereignty.
